Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data Pro Integri collects through www.integri.in, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet the notice requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.

1. Who we are

Pro Integri LLP is the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data described here. We provide recruitment, fractional leadership, and managed payroll and statutory compliance services to businesses in India.

2. What we collect, and when

We only collect personal data that you enter into one of the two forms on our website. We do not collect anything in the background, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.

About your CV link. We ask you to share a CV as a link. If you set that link to be viewable by anyone who has it, then anyone who obtains the link can open your CV. Please consider restricting access, and remember you can revoke access at any time from your own storage account. We do not control the sharing settings you choose.

3. Our legal basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent box before you submit either form. Consent is not bundled with anything else, and you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, but it will mean we stop processing your data going forward and, where you ask, erase it.

The candidate form carries two separate tick boxes, and they do different things:

Formspree Our website forms are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-processing service. Every field you submit passes through their systems on its way to our inbox. Their servers are located outside India.
Prospective employers If you apply for a role, we share your CV and application details with the client company for that mandate. This is the purpose of the application, and your consent covers it.
Our hosting provider Our website is hosted by GoDaddy. Server logs, which may include your IP address, are generated as a normal part of serving the site.
Google Fonts Our pages load typefaces from Google's font servers. Your browser contacts Google to fetch them, which discloses your IP address to Google. No cookies are set by this.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We run no advertising or analytics trackers.

Our hosting provider attempts to add its own performance-monitoring script to our pages. Our Content Security Policy blocks it, so it does not run and collects nothing.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries 36 months from our last contact with you, then erased.
Candidate applications, where you tick "keep me on file" 36 months from our last contact with you. If you do not respond to us during that time, we erase your details at the end of it. You can ask to be removed at any point before then.
Candidate applications, where you do not tick "keep me on file" Until the role you applied for is closed or filled, and no more than 6 months from your application, whichever comes first.
Candidates we place For the duration of the placement engagement, and for 8 years after it ends. Placement records support our invoicing, any replacement or fee-recovery obligation to the client, and our statutory books of account. We keep only the records needed for those purposes.

When the retention period ends, or when you withdraw consent and ask us to erase your data, we delete it from our systems.

To be removed from our candidate file, or to withdraw any consent you have given, email us and say so. No form or account is needed, and we do not ask for a reason.

Write to the contact below. We will acknowledge your request and respond within 90 days, and sooner wherever we can.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your complaint, you may raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Keeping your data safe

Our website is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and enforces a Content Security Policy that prevents unauthorised scripts running on our pages. Access to the mailboxes and accounts that receive your data is restricted to staff who need it.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required by law.

10. Children

Our services are directed at working professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will erase it.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting data we already hold will be notified to you directly.
